help with lesson plan

I need help finishing this concept lesson plan someone started for me I need a work sheet for the 15 minute part of the concept lesson plan I also need a powerpoint that goes along with my concept liberty. I also need to know if this is a inductive concept lesson or a deductive concept lesson plan. I am needing this asap and had to wake up so I could get help finishing this because it is due in next few hours in class or I get a 0. The powerpoint dosnt need to look cute just strait to the point. I sent the other lesson plan and my goals so you new what I was working with before we did this concept lesson plan.
