As individuals, administer a “pilot interview” on the degree of emergency preparation of the community members to be self-sufficient for seventy two hours. A ‘thread’ to develop is the subjects past and current experience, as well as the current preparation they have made and intend to make. Identify which hazards they have the most concern. You may do this face to face, through telephone, or other information technology techniques.
