Your organization wants to begin measuring “Employee Engagement” and asks you to come up with a valid and reliable ORIGINAL instrument. Create an Employee Engagement Survey that you would distribute to an employee base. This should be no more than 2 pages long. Please add/create the questions you think are relevant to measure employee engagement. If you think any demographic question should be part of this survey, please add those as well. (BUT ONLY INCLUDE RELEVANT QUESTIONS!).
